Do you have a minimum order? No, you can order 1 or 10,000 mugs from us.
Do you have any artwork charges? No, unlike some other companies we do not have any artwork or set up charges.
Do you offer trade discounts? In a way, if you provide us with print ready artwork we will reduce our prices on lower quantities of mugs. However for larger quantities there is no discount. Please contact us with your required quantity for full details.
How long does delivery take? Delivery usually takes 3-4 working days from receipt of payment and comfirmed artwork. This will be confirmed when an order is placed.
Can I wash my mugs in a dishwasher? Yes, all of our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe and are guaranteed not to fade for a minimum of 12 months.
